Payment Options
You can pay for a Handband order by card, PayPal or bank transfer. Larger orders for schools, councils and charities can be invoiced. Here is what we accept and how your payment is handled.
Payment methods we accept
Credit and debit cards
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus local debit cards. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
PayPal
Pay with your PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a card, without sharing your card details with us.
Bank transfer / EFT
Pay by direct bank transfer. Your order moves into production once the transfer clears.
Is my payment secure?
Card details are never stored on our servers. Payments are captured by our payment providers over an encrypted connection to your bank, so your card number goes to the payment processor and not to us.
PayPal is one of the world’s largest online payment providers, regulated in Australia by APRA under Australian financial services licence number 304962. It lets you send and receive money without sharing your financial information.
How your order is processed
Your order is processed within one working day of being placed. Once it has been placed you will receive a confirmation email including pricing and purchase details.
The total amount — order price plus shipping — is taken when the order is completed and approved.
Prices, currency and customs
Prices shown on the Handband website are stated in the currency of the store you are browsing. They exclude shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout.
Handband uses a network of warehouses worldwide. Your order may be dispatched from Sydney, Australia, China, or another location from time to time.
Handband is not responsible for changes in currency value or conversion rates applied by your bank or card issuer when charging in your local currency.
Purchase orders and invoicing
Schools, councils, charities and businesses can order against a purchase order. Create an account, choose the invoice or bank transfer option at checkout, and send us your official purchase order so we can start production.
