What the non-locking slider changes

The slider moves in both directions. That single difference decides which events this band suits and which it does not.

It can be taken off and put back on

Guests can loosen the band, remove it and wear it again. For a conference, a staff day, a school event or a brand activation that is exactly what you want — nobody has to cut anything off, and the band goes home intact.
