About Handband — Designed in Sydney Since 2004
Handband has been designed in Sydney since 2004. Every wristband, lanyard, pin, badge, medal and challenge coin we make is briefed at our Sydney studio and manufactured to our spec by a long-standing partner facility offshore. One supplier, every material, every event scale from a 320-student school formal to an 80,000-seat stadium activation.
Who we are.
Handband is part of the Mediband Group. We supply custom wristbands, lanyards and event promo to event organisers, schools, charities, sport clubs, agencies and brand teams across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada, Ireland, South Africa and the EU. Twenty-two years of running briefs from start to finish has built a workflow that produces clean Pantone matching, fast proof rounds and on-time dispatch.
The catalogue covers silicone, Tyvek, woven fabric, vinyl, RFID, LED and our LumoSynch stadium-LED range, plus lanyards, pins, badges, medals and challenge coins. Every product runs through the same Sydney brief desk.
How we work.
Send the brief and we come back inside 60 minutes with a unit price, lead time and artwork checklist. Standard print runs dispatch in 7–14 business days; plain Tyvek can ship the same week; RFID and LED runs need four-plus weeks for chip programming and electronics QA.
One point of contact through the whole job. No handoff between sales, production and dispatch. Brand-critical activations get Pantone Solid Coated matching to the exact code, vector artwork enforcement and a single proof round before going to print.
Designed here. Made to spec there. No confusion.
Every band, lanyard and event-promo piece is designed in our Sydney studio. Manufactured to our spec in a long-standing partner facility offshore. You get Australian design, Pantone-accurate matching, one point of contact for the brief.
