At Handband, we prioritise fast and affordable shipping to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. We offer a variety of courier and postal services based on your location and delivery needs.
Urgent Orders
For urgent orders, we may ship directly from our production facility in China via FedEx or DHL. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order during checkout. Please be aware that any customs fees or import duties are your responsibility. If unsure, please consult your local customs authority.
Processing & Delivery Times
Catalogue Orders (Non-Custom Products)
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment verification.
- Delivery to Australian metro areas takes 1-2 business days. Remote locations may take 3-7 business days.
- International surface mail can take 4-14 days. For faster delivery, consider using DHL.
Custom Products
- Dispatched within 10-14 business days after payment verification.
- Express options, such as DHL, can reduce delivery time to just a few days, depending on your location.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping (Custom Products)
- Delivery within 12-14 business days after payment verification.
- Standard shipping is not trackable.
Express Shipping (Custom Products)
- Delivery within 10-12 business days after payment verification.
- Express shipping is trackable and ideal for faster delivery.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post, FedEx, or DHL. Delivery times vary based on the service selected and location:
- Non-Custom Products: 5-7 business days after payment verification.
- Custom Products: 10-22 business days after payment verification.
Please note: Customs fees, VAT, or other charges may apply and are not included in the shipping costs. It is your responsibility to ensure your items can be legally imported into your country.
On-Time Shipping Guarantee
For express shipping orders within Australia, we guarantee delivery within 12 business days. If your order does not arrive on time, we will refund your shipping costs. This guarantee does not apply to international shipments or deliveries to PO or DX boxes, nor does it apply to customised orders.
The shipping guarantee will not apply in cases of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or shipping company delays.
Address and Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive your package. Handband is not responsible for missed deliveries if the recipient is unavailable.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your wristbands, you can return them for a quality assessment. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Shipping & Handling Policy
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Australian public holidays. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days after payment verification, depending on the shipping method. Large orders (over 10,000 units) may require additional processing time.
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please file a claim with the respective courier. We recommend keeping all packaging materials until your claim is resolved. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the risk of damage passes to you. We are not liable for damage that occurs after dispatch.
