Michael Randall grew up learning the art of customer service in his father's car dealership, selling chook eggs to the sales people and listening as they did whatever they could to make a customer happy. The secret was to listen, ask and act.

Landy Randall shares the same vision - of listening to people and providing what they need. But of course, a successful business also needs a work ethic, one Michael and Landy both share; do what you need to do until it's done, young children and sleepless nights not withstanding.
