What do wristbands and promotional products cost?
Non-custom wristband prices vary by product and are listed in the catalogue. Volume discounts may apply on some in-stock items, shown in the price dropdown on the product page.
Custom wristband pricing depends on quantity and options. For large orders call 1300 368 980 for a competitive quote.
What is the difference between non-custom and customised wristbands?
Non-custom wristbands are ready to wear and ship immediately. Customised wristbands — silicone, Tyvek and fabric — need production time, typically dispatched within 8–14 business days with regular shipping or 7–10 with express. Minimum order quantities apply, and expedited production can be arranged by contacting the Handband team.
Are Handband wristbands durable?
Yes. Unlike standard rubber bands, Handband wristbands are made from 100% industrial-strength polished silicone, so the band and the print last.
How can I customise my wristbands?
Wristbands can be customised with colours, debossing, embossing and specialty finishes. Debossing indents the design into the band; embossing raises it above the surface. Product pages list the options for each style.
What is debossing?
Debossing indents your text or design into the silicone, creating a durable finish that will not rub off over time. It is our most popular customisation method.
Are specialty colours available?
Yes — specialty silicone colours and patterns are available for quantities over 30. Additional processing time may apply.
What are the minimum order quantities?
Non-custom wristbands have a minimum order value of $10. Custom minimums vary by type: silicone wristbands start at 7 units. Handband offers one of the lowest minimum order quantities on the market.
How many wristbands can I order?
From as few as 7 custom wristbands, up to millions of units. Quantities over 200 are ordered in multiples of 10. Large orders need additional production time — call 1300 368 980 for a quote and timeline.
Can I order different colours and sayings in one batch?
Each design or message is added to the cart separately, so different colours or messages go in as separate line items.
Are there any setup fees?
No hidden fees. The price on the product page is the price you pay — no setup or moulding charges.
What size wristband is right for me?
Wristbands come in Extra Large, Large (202 mm), Medium (180 mm) and Small (150 mm). See the sizing guide for how to measure a wrist and how to split sizes across a group.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, and cheque or EFT for school and government orders. Credit terms for large orders can be discussed — see payment options.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies by order size and destination, and you get an exact quote at checkout based on the method you choose. International orders may incur customs duties. Full timings are on the shipping page.
When will I receive my order?
In-stock orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Custom orders take 10–14 business days depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Expedited options can be arranged with our customer service team.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery on the carrier’s website.
What is the return policy?
Non-custom wristbands can be returned within 30 days of purchase if in original condition. Custom products are non-returnable unless defective.
Is Handband environmentally responsible?
