10–14 business days standard production. Earlier dates on application.

Pantone codes or brand-guideline PDF if available. Standard stock palette otherwise.
✓ Customisation
Debossed text, debossed logo, printed art, sequential numbering, dual layer, glow-in-the-dark.

Is the quote free?
Yes. Free and no commitment. We quote so you can compare and plan — whether you order with us or not.
What if I don't have artwork yet?
Fine. Send what you have — logo, colours, or just a brief description. We can quote based on debossed text, stock colours, or a placeholder, and refine when artwork is ready.
How fast is the response?
Sydney business hours (9am–5pm AEST, Mon–Fri). Quotes outside those hours come back first thing the next business day. Briefs missing key details (quantity, material, date) may take a quick clarifying email before we can quote precisely.
Can I get samples before I order?
Case by case — depends on client, quantity and material. Send your quote brief and we'll talk samples in the response if it makes sense for the order size.
What's the minimum order?
Silicone bands: 4 per design — great for captain trios or accent runs. Tyvek and woven fabric: 100+ per design. LumoSynch LED: from 100 (optimal at 1,000+).
What if I need it urgently?
Quicker and expedited turnarounds are available on application — especially when artwork is clean and sign-off is fast. Flag the event date in your quote and we'll tell you what's possible.
