What are cooking for Christmas day?

1.Eggnog Martini.

You'll need 12 eggs, separated, 6 cups of milk, 2 cups of thickened cream, 2 cups of brandy, 3/4 cup of whisky, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, 2 tsp of ground nutmeg and a generous pour of vanilla extract. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until firm, add the grog, and place in the fridge. 3o minutes before serving stir the milk into the mixture and whip the cream and egg whites separately then fold both into your previous effort. ladle into martini glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg... and don't drive afterwards.

2. How about a Christmas Pudding Ice Cream cake? Gather all your fresh berry ingredients together and fold into slightly thawed vanilla ice cream. Fold in some whipped cram, add brandy and Bailey's plus slivers of chocolate and then re-freeze. Ooh la la.

Having the entire extended family over? Then why not order the "Name of Family"  Tyvek single use handbands. Print them with whatever you like, and wrap them around the wrist of Christmas Day attendees.
