Shipping Options

We ship our orders via Australia Post and TNT Express. Shipping and handling will vary depending on the quantity and weight of silicone products in your order. Handband® does not cover duties and customs for international orders. It's easy to get an online quote for your order Handbands® - shipping costs are included in your quote.

Handband® Standard

Standard Shipping orders will arrive in 12-14 business days from when your order was placed. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival dates assume that your order is approved the same day the order was placed. If your order is delayed for reasons that include payment verification, artwork, custom colour bands or colour fill your arrival date will be changed as well. For example, if your order is delayed 1 day to verify payment then your arrival date will also change by 1 day.

Handband® Express

Express Shipping orders will arrive in 10-12 business days from when your order was placed. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival dates assume that your order is approved the same day the order was placed. If your order is delayed for reasons that include payment verification/clearance, artwork, custom colour bracelets or colour fill, your arrival date will be affected as well. For example, if your order is delayed 1 day to verify/clear payment then your arrival date will also change by 1 day.

International Shipping Policy

All international orders (everything outside Australia) are shipped TNT Global Express, with the exception of New Zealand, where they are shipped Australia Post. Typical shipping times are 10-14 business days. Both international and New Zealand shipping times do not include any time your order might be delayed going through customs. Handband® is not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays.

Orders that ship internationally will usually incur additional taxes, duties, VAT, and other fees associated with customs. Our past experience is that these fees can be an additional 20%-30% added to your order. We are not responsible for these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please verify or get an estimate of what these charges might be before placing an international order. Depending on the country, these fees are billed to the customer by TNT. All shipping charges on our Web site include only the cost of shipping the order TNT Global Express. All taxes, duties, and other fees charged by TNT or other customs officials are not included in the shipping charges on our Web site and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Handband® In-Stock product international orders will ship the next business day following your order, subject to payment verification. Most Handband® In-Stock product international orders will arrive within 2-5 business days of your order and after payment verification

Delivery Costs

The delivery cost for your Handband® order is calculated on weight. Depending on your order, the delivery cost will vary, based on the weight and quantity of Handbands™. The cost of shipping will be included in your quote.

On-time Shipping Guarantee

If you select express shipping Handband guarantees that your order will arrive at your shipping address in 12 business days or less. If your order does not arrive on time, your shipping is free.

• Orders outside of Australia are not eligible for the on-time shipping guarantee;
• The free shipping guarantee only applies to express shipping. It does not apply to international shipping or standard shipping;
• Guaranteed express delivery does not apply on wristbands that include colour-infill, colour swirl & colour stripes. Extended production times are required for these order types;
• Eligibiliy for the free shipping guarantee will not apply if your delivery address is a PO or DX box, or if the shipping area is outside of the express shipping zones. TNT is unable to deliver to these address types;
• It is assumed that the customer has given the correct delivery address to Handband and is available to receive the wristbands when TNT attempts delivery. Handband® will not reimburse shipping costs should 10 business days delivery be exceeded, if the customer is not available when TNT attempts delivery;
• The shipping guarantee assumes that payment is verified the same day the order is placed. If payment is not verified the same day, then the shipping guarantee starts from the day payment verification is received.

Returns

If you are not happy with the quality of your wristbands, they must be returned to Handband® prior to claiming your money back guarantee. Any shipping costs incurred are your responsibility, and not that of Handband®.

Shipping and Handling Policy

We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays and do not ship these days.

Once payment for your order has been verified and/or cleared, your order will begin processing. When placing an order, customers are given an estimated arrival date. most orders arrive 10-14 business days after payment verification/clearance depending on the chosen shipping method. For orders over 10,000 an additional 7 business days processing time is required.

There are no guarantees that your order will arrive within this time frame. Expected arrival assumes that processing or production is not delayed. Reasons for delays include waiting for payment to clear, artwork, custom colour bands or colour fill.

Once processing is complete, we will ship your order based on your shipping selection. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. We offer Handband® Standard, Handband® Express, and International. Handband® Standard should arrive in 14 business days. Handband® Express should arrive in 10-12 business days. International orders are shipped TNT Global Express and usually take between 12-18 business days to arrive. See International Shipping Policy for more information on international shipping, customs, and duty charges.

Most orders do not require a signature. The exceptions are businesses, some apartment complexes or if the delivery person deems it unsafe to leave the package at the door. If your order requires a signature, it is your responsibility to either be at the door or sign a release waiver for Australia Post or TNT to leave the package without a signature.

We package our product with commercial grade shipping supplies and all packages leave our warehouse in excellent condition. If your package is damaged or items are missing due to shipping damage, you must file a claim with Australia Post or TNT. If you have a question about claims you can also contact our customer service representatives at +65 8189 3029 or by email. Once the package leaves our warehouse all risk in the goods pass to you. We are not liable for any damage that may be occasioned by the package or goods once it leaves our warehouse. You must save your original packaging material when making a claim with Australia Post/TNT – if you do not, your claim may be refused. Any refused shipments will still be billed the full amount of the original order, including shipping charges, due to the customised nature of our product.

Handband® In-Stock Products Shipping Information

Handband® In-Stock product orders will ship the next business day following your order, subject to payment verification and clearance. Most Handband® In-Stock product orders will arrive within 1-2 business days of your order and after payment verification. Victoria country, Queensland country, Adelaide metropolitan, South Australia country, Perth metropolitan and Hobart metropolitan orders will arrive within 3-4 business days after payment verification depending on the chosen shipping method. West Australia country, Tasmania country, Darwin metropolitan and Northern Territory country will arrive 5-6 business days after payment verification.
