I have never experienced customer service like this in my life. Be it at 2am early on sunday morning there always appears to be an instant reply to any emails sent. I was really impressed. The Quality of the bands was just as good as the service. Michael arranged for the wristbands to be sent to us as soon as he could which was within 5 working days !!! thanks
