hey, i just want to say thanks to handband for their great service! i'm not very good with computers so i rang handbands & a lady named bing helped me with my order. she went out of her way to help me with ordering, even logging onto three different websites for me so that she knew exactly what our charity wanted our bands to look like!! this took quite a long time on the phone but bing was very patient & so helpful! i got quite a few emails after the order went through keeping me updated & informed on the wristbands progress. the bands arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus! we are really happy with the quality & they look great! its wonderful to know that there are still some companies that are willing to do whatever they can to help when help is needed! thanks again. therese TCF 05/09/2008 |
