I was most impressed with the service provided by Handband staff, I placed an order of 19 different bands and within 10 minuets of hitting the send button one of your staff members contacted me to clarify something on the order and this was at 8.00pm !. The next day I was contacted again to discus some alternative options and in the end I received better outcomes than I had anticipated more bands than original ordered at no extra cost. The bands arrived earlier than the agreed delivery date and where a resounding success with the function I organised. All in all most pleasing and a very easy web site to use and place order.
