What is the cost?
Prices for In-stock Wristbands vary and are listed with each product as you browse the catalogue. Certain In-stock products also qualify for volume disounts. If available, this will be reflected on the displayed price when viewing the product details in the catalogue.
Customised products are priced based on the quantity and options you choose when creating your unique design. The Product Pricing Page summarises the cost of customised wristbands and contains a link to the pricing structure for other customised products.
The order pages for our customised products also contain an online quotation system so you can see immediately how variations in quantity and options reflect in the price.

What is the difference between In-Stock and Customised wristbands?
Handband® In-Stock wristbands are ready-to-wear and available for immediate shipping, so there is no waiting, unlike Customised wristbands which are dispatched via regular shipping in 10-14 business days, and via express shipping in 7-10 business days.
Customers are able to purchase smaller quantities of wristbands for their particular needs, with a minimum order requirement of only $10.00 rather than minimum 50 wristbands. Like our Customised Handbands®, these In-Stock silicone bracelets are made from high quality 100% silicone. All Handband® In-Stock wristbands are guaranteed to ship the next business day after your order, subject to payment verification and clearance. What are Laser Wristbands? How do they differ Solid/Stripe/Swirl Colour Wristbands?
Laser Bands are 'lasered' in a slightly simpler production process. As such, we are able to offer them at lower minimum quantities. Laser Bands have a minimum order quantiy of just 7 bands!
In addition, Solid/Stripe/Swirl Wristbands are available with a slightly larger set of custom options. So, with a minimum order of just 50 bands, we recommend these as they give you the full range of custom options.
Are your bands going to last?
I bought a band from a shop the other day and it broke after 2 days.
Many other bracelets on the market today are made from rubber, that's why they break so easily, the words rub off in seconds, and some even carry that strong rubber smell. Handband® silicone wristbands are made from 100% industrial strength polished silicone. They are stronger and more durable than rubber wristbands, and are of similar quality to Lance Armstrong's Live Strong bracelets. Please visit our wristbands specifications page for more information.
What are the ways I can customise my Handbands®?

Are specialty colours available?
Yes! We can do pink with purple polka dots. No, we really CAN! With an order of 500 Handbands® or more, you are able to choose from our specialty colours and patterns. Of course, you'll need to allow an additional 5 (business) days processing time, but what's an extra 5 days for that special band (it may even become a collector's item one day!) What is "debossing"?
Debossing describes the manufacturing process in which the text is indented into the silicone product, utilising a custom moulding process. The characters in your phrase are moulded into the silicone band and not simply onto the surface, so your phrase won't disappear or 'rub off' over time. "Debossing" is the most popular procedure used for custom designed bracelets.
Can I buy 50 Handbands® in different colours and with different sayings?
You can order a small amount of 50 Customised wristbands with the same size, colour, and phrase, or as little as $10.00 in value of In-Stock wristbands.
What are the minimum order quantities?
In-stock bands have a minimum order value of $10.00 and have no set minimum quantity requirements.
The minimum order quantity for customised products varies. Custom Wristbands and Handband® Key Chains require 50 units. Dog Tags and Watches require 100 units. Key Chain Ribbons require 500 units.
Customised products also require that you order a minimum amount of any given style you create. For Custom Wristbands and Handband® Key Chains, that amount is 10 while for Dog Tags, Watches and Key Chain Ribbons that is 100.
The minimum order quantity for laser bands is only 7 units.
Are you set up for large orders?
Yes. Handband® is set up to accept orders of 5,000, 500,000, or 5,000,000. Just a reminder that you'll need to allow for production time (i.e. a couple of weeks) for larger quantities. Please contact us for pricing and further details.
Are there any other set-up fees?
No. What you see is what you get. The price we quote is the price you get. Our pricing is simple and easy to understand. There are no hidden prices and no additional setup fees. We do not charge moulding fees.
What size is right for me?
Our products come in one or more of 3 sizes: Adult, Youth and Child.
Adult is our standard size and is ordered more often than the smaller band sizes. These wristbands are 7.9" (202 mm) in size.
Youth wristbands are 7.1" (180 mm) in size. Youth wristbands are smaller in size and are recommended for children 12 years and under. Youth size wristbands will fit most primary school children.
Child sizes are even smaller than Youth at 5.9" (150mm). These are recommended for children under 6 years of age.

How many Handbands® can I order?
You can order a small amount of 50 Handbands® or any quantity greater than 50, as long as it is a multiple of 10. For example, you can purchase 50 Yellow Handbands®, 60 Blue Handbands®, and 110 Red Handbands®. All quantities of each size and colour must be a multiple of 10 with a minimum order of 50. This way, Handband® is able to provide to you one of the Lowest Minimums on the market - and at a great competitive price!
How much is shipping and handling?
We ship our orders via Australia Post and TNT Express. Shipping and handling will vary depending on the quantity and weight of silicone wristbands in your order. Handband® does not cover duties and customs for international orders. It's easy to get an online quote for your order Handbands® - shipping costs are included in your quote.
How can I pay for my purchase?
Handband® accepts all major credit cards and payPal. We also accept payment via Cheque and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for all Government, School and non-profit orders. We are happy to discuss credit terms on a case-by-case basis, and upon receipt of an Accepted & Official Purchase Order. Please contact us for further information.
When can I expect to receive my wristbands?
Handband® guarantees delivery of all customised orders dispatched via regular shipping in 10-14 business days, and via express shipping in 7-10 business days. Shipping for In-Stock wristbands is guaranteed within 1-4 business days of your order via Australia Post. These delivery times are subject to payment verification. Note that additional customised options may add a few extra days to production times. By prior arrangement, we may be able to expedite your order faster than these stated times.
