You will need to fill out our Affiliate Program Application. After the registration process you will receive an email containing all the information you need to get started.

How much does it cost to become an affiliate with Handband?
The Handband Affiliate program is completely free to join. There are no set-up or ongoing charges whatsoever.

How much do you pay in commissions?
Handband’s commission rates are amongst the best in the world. Affiliates earn up to 15% commission from all purchases made via a valid on-line affiliate link through the affiliate’s website and all purchases made with the affiliate’s unique affiliate code.

How often are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid upon your request after you earn at least AUD $200 (Australian Residents), or USD $200 (non-Australian Residents). We will send you notification of your status when you have reached your affiliate target, balances under AUD $200 and US $200 respectively, will be rolled over automatically.
Commissions are paid on completed sales only which means that Handband must have received full payment for the product within the specified payment period. Please note for credit card sales there is a (30 day) clearance period before we receive full payment clearance from the credit card company.

Yes. Once you have been approved for our affiliate program simply log into your affiliate account and check Payment Report.

How are my on-line sales tracked?
Affiliate links contain unique identifiers allowing us to cookie anyone coming from your web site. Internet users must have cookies enabled in their browsers to allow us to track that they have been linked via your website. Once our cookie is set it will expire after 120 days. This means if someone came from your web site to one of our online stores, having purchased nothing but came back less than 120 days later to make a purchase, you would still be entitled to earn commission on that purchase provided that internet user had not deleted our cookie during that time.

How are my off-line sales tracked?
Handband has a unique off-line tracking system. During sign-up, you will receive a unique affiliate code. This unique affiliate code can be placed on your off-line sales brochures and flyers.
Customer’s have an incentive to enter your unique affiliate code upon check-out, as they will receive a discount up to 2.5% on their purchase. This will ensure that you receive commissions on off-line sales and marketing efforts, where your unique affiliate code is cited.

Do I earn commissions on unique purchases?
Yes. You will be able to earn commissions from all products we will launch in the future.

I discovered that my commissions were decreased after a sale?
If one of our online stores refunds a purchase you received a commission for, the commission you earned for that purchase will be subtracted from your commission earnings. Refunds can occur due to various reasons such as fraudulent credit card purchase, suspicious order, bank chargebacks etc.
