Quality Guarantee
Handband® Guarantees the quality of all our wristbands. Should you not be happy with the quality of any handband silicone wristbands, a 30 day money back guarantee will apply.
- If you are not happy with the quality of your wristbands, they must be returned to Handband prior to claiming your money back guarantee. Any shipping costs incurred are your responsibility, and not that of Handband®
- The Handband 30 day money back guarantee only applies to the quality of the wristband. It does not apply to the colour or the size of the wristband. Note that that the colours you see on the handband web site may vary depending on your monitor. There may be a colour variation compared to your monitor output. If you are in any doubt, please contact a member of the handband team for further information;
- The Handband Quality Guarantee applies only to wristbands identified as a genuine handband. Close inspection of your wristbands will reveal a small embossed trademarked image of a handband logo on the inside of the wristband.
On-time Shipping Guarantee
If you select express shipping Handband guarantees that your order will arrive at your shipping address in 12 business days or less. If your order does not arrive on time, your shipping is free.
- Orders outside of Australia are not eligible for the on-time shipping guarantee;
- The free shipping guarantee only applies to express shipping. It does not apply to international shipping or standard shipping;
- Guaranteed express delivery does not apply on wristbands that include colour-infill, colour swirl & colour stripes. Extended production times are required for these order types;
- Eligibiliy for the free shipping guarantee will not apply if your delivery address is a PO or DX box, or if the shipping area is outside of the express shipping zones. TNT is unable to deliver to these address types;
- It is assumed that the customer has given the correct delivery address to Handband and is available to receive the wristbands when TNT attempts delivery. Handband® will not reimburse shipping costs should 10 business days delivery be exceeded, if the customer is not available when TNT attempts delivery;
- The shipping guarantee assumes that payment and artwork are verified the same day the order is placed. If payment and artwork are not verified the same day, then the shipping guarantee starts from the day both payment and artwork verification are received.
Lowest Price Guarantee
Should you find a lower price on orders of less than 2,500 debossed silicone wristbands, Handband® will beat the price by 5%. If we cannot beat the price, the order is free! Call a member of the Handband Team to obtain your discount.
- Handbands Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to optional custom processes, color-infilled, multi-colour, laser-etched, screen printed, or colour swirled & striped wristbands. It only applies to debossed 100% silicone wristbands;
- The Lowest Price guarantee applies to orders of 2,500 debossed silicone wristbands or less. Handband must receive competitor pricing documentation for this guarantee to apply. For example, written quotes or published internet pricing;
- Extra fees, shipping costs, and taxes that competitors charge will be taken into account by Handband, when calculating a lower per wristband price. For example if a wristband company offers 2,500 wristbands at $0.70 (incl. taxes) and charges a $300 setup fee and $200 for shipping, then Handband® will guarantee to beat the total order price by 5%, not just the wristband price of $0.70 by 5%. In this instance, the actual per wristband price is $0.90 (incl. taxes);
- This guarantee is only applicable on new orders. Discounts will not apply on previous orders of wristbands;
- Orders placed without first obtaining the Lowest Price Guarantee, will not be eligible for the low pricing guarantee. To receive the Lowest Price Guarantee, customers must contact a member of the Handband® Team prior to ordering. A discount code will be issued at this time and must be entered in the discount code input area on the order payment page;
- The effect of international exchange rates may or may not be taken into consideration.
